Shipping & Returns

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

If you do wish to return your purchase, please return the products within 30 days from the purchase date, unused with original packaging for a full refund minus the shipping return cost. We unfortunately do not offer exchanges.

To request a return label please contact us at info@technowaggs.com and include the following details: 

  • Reason for the return 
  • How long have you had the item
  • Item(s) needing to be returned
  • Order number 
  • Full name on the order

Please allow for 5-7 business days after the product is returned for a full refund.

Please note that the return label is NOT pre-paid and all return shipping costs will be paid by the customer. We use Amazon shipping and return labels to pass on the best costs and shipping timeframes to our customers.

Orders

CAN I PLACE AN INTERNATIONAL ORDER?

Unfortunately, we do not support international orders at this time.

WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept many forms of payment including ShopPay, PayPal, GooglePay, MetaPay, and Venmo. We also accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, Elo, and more.

WHERE IS MY ORDER? 

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before your order is picked up for shipping.

Once your order is shipped, we will share shipping and tracking information via email. You can then use the tracking number to get updates from the carrier. 

CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?

We do our very best to ship your order as soon as possible. Because of that, we cannot cancel or adjust orders after they are placed.

However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund (you must pay for shipping costs) within 30 days as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging.

If you ordered the item on Amazon, you can request a cancelation if the order has not shipped. Log in to your Amazon account, and request the cancelation directly from Amazon.

WHAT IS DOGGIEFLASK MADE OF?

Our products are made from premium gauge, rust resistant, 304 stainless steel. It will never rust or leave a bad metal taste in your dog's mouth. DOGGIEFLASK is BPA free.

CAN I PUT MY PRODUCT IN THE MICROWAVE OR REFRIGERATOR?

Never place our products in the microwave as this could cause damage to your product and/or your microwave. We also do not recommend that you place your product in the refrigerator or freezer as this could negatively affect the internal properties of your product.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS DISHWASHER SAFE?

We do not recommend that you put our products in the dishwasher. While it won't hurt the internal properties of our products, it could cause damage to the exterior or damage the powder coating. The lid is top rack dishwasher safe.

CAN THE DOGGIEFLASK BE USED FOR HOT AND COLD?

Yes, our dog water bottle is made from high-grade stainless steel with double-walled, vacuum insulation technology that is perfect to keep the water at the right temperature for hours.

IS DOGGIEFLASK BPA-FREE AND LEAD-FREE PAINT, INK, AND POWDER COATINGS ON ITS STAINLESS-STEEL VESSELS?

Absolutely. TECHNOWAGGS uses only BPA-free and lead-free paint, inks, and powder coating materials on its products and subjects its paints, inks, and powder coatings to independent, third-party testing to verify they are free of BPA, lead, and other toxins.
